    Sujet: Испанский мини-Мэдофф получил 13 лет тюрьмы

    Основатель финансовой пирамиды обокрал вкладчиков из разных стран на 350 млн евро. Национальный суд Испании приговорил 46-летнего Германа Кардону-Солера к 13 годам лишения свободы за мошенничество, отмывание денег, фальсификацию отчетности и организацию преступного сообщества. Кардона-Солер, которого в местных СМИ называют «мини-Мэдофф», создал финансовую пирамиду, жертвами которой стали более 186 тыс. инвесторов из Европы, США и Латинской Америки.


    Компания Finanzas Forex, основанная испанцем в 2007 г., обещала клиентам от 10 до 20% годовых. В реальности же, как выяснилось в ходе расследования, клиенты получали «жалкие гроши», поскольку Кардона-Солер и его подельники тратили привлеченные средства по своему усмотрению. В частности, 107 млн евро они вложили в золото, а на 81 млн евро приобрели и оформили на себя недвижимость в Соединенных Штатах, Испании, Колумбии и Панаме. В общей сложности с 2007 по 2010 гг. мошенникам удалось присвоить 350 млн евро. Кардона-Солер был арестован в 2011 г. в Валенсии.

    Помимо отбывания тюремного срока Кардоне-Солеру по решению суда придется выплатить штраф в размере 300 млн евро. Его жена, гражданка Колумбии Лина Мария Мантилья, также проходившая по делу Finanzas Forex, приговорена к трем годам лишения свободы и штрафу в 900 тыс. евро, сообщает AFP.

    Напомним, американец Бернард Мэдофф, основатель крупнейшей в истории пирамиды, в которую инвесторы вложили десятки миллиардов долларов и которая рухнула в 2008 г. из-за финансового кризиса, в настоящее время отбывает 150-летний срок в федеральной тюрьме на территории штата Северная Каролина.

    Sujet: «Капитология». Очередной лохотрон от мошенников из «Лаборатории инвестиционных технологий»

    Три недели назад в Екатеринбурге на площадке Ельцин Центра прошла конференция StartUp Day, организованная Фондом развития интернет-инициатив. ФРИИ, основанный в 2013 году по предложению Президента России Владимира Путина, является едва ли не главным двигателем венчурной деятельности и основой для формирования экосистемы стартапов в стране. Конференция собрала предпринимателей сразу с нескольких регионов Уральского федерального округа.


    Участие приняли почти 500 стартаперов, экспертная сессия собрала более 30 действующих бизнесменов и консалтеров. В общем, достаточно солидное мероприятие и вполне платежеспособная аудитория.

    Поэтому, в принципе, неудивительно было бы увидеть в Ельцин Центре тех, кто не только был, может быть, готов вложиться в проекты, но и тех, кто готов на них заработать. Однако, все было вполне прилично – молодых и еще не искушенных в бизнесе стартаперов никто не атаковал, предлагая потратить деньги на какие-нибудь услуги, условно говоря, «на продвижение». Но все-таки было за что зацепиться глазу.

    Выделялся стенд компании «Капиталогия». Оказалось, что фирма имеет отношение к вечнурной деятельности. Правда, с другой стороны. Она собирает не тех, у кого еще нет денег – стартаперов, а тех, у кого они есть – инвесторов. Как будто они сами не знают куда потратить свои капиталы.

    «Капиталогия — образовательно-медийный проект для инвесторов и тех, кто собирается ими стать. Мы тестируем классические стратегии и ищем неоткрытые финансовые горизонты, инвестируем со смартфонов и читаем аналитику в Telegram», — всерьез («читаем аналитику Telegram»?) говорится на их сайте.

    Учат быть инвесторами, в общем. Видимо, за деньги инвесторов же. Не за свои же, наверное? Впрочем, образование – это всегда хорошо. Никто не откажется научиться чем-то новому или просто улучшить свои знания по предмету. Но когда идешь повышать собственный образовательный ценз чему-то, то всегда важно даже не то, что ты будешь учить (и так же ясно), а то, кто будет учить. И здесь, как оказалось, Капиталогия – достаточно интересная компания. Исходя из небольшого объема данных уже можно сказать, что они-то зарабатывать деньги – научились. Особенно на тех, кто эту дисциплину пытается освоить.

    Основатель Капиталогии – это Артем Гиневский. Тот самый человек, который засветился в недавнем скандале с «Лабораторией инвестиционных технологий». Он был директором, а компания работала по принципу обычной финансовой пирамиды. Тогда еще разразился скандал с журналистами и СМИ: репортеры «ткнули носом» своих же коллег в недобросовестную рекламу, которая прямо вводила в заблуждение о выгодах продуктов, которые предоставляла Лаборатория. И все это хорошо помогло в итоге «заработать» Гиневскому и партнерам 5 млн долларов. Напомним, что в Санкт-Петербурге «Лабораторию инвестиционных технологий» возглавляет некто Веллингтон, до последнего времени работавшим в питерском офисе, усилиями которого не один десяток инвесторов лишился своих кровных.

    Сейчас эта группа, но уже под брендом Капиталогии, переключилась на инвесторов, которых надо научить вкладывать свои деньги. Принципы те же самые – офисы в престижных местах (Ельцин Центр), агрессивная реклама (Фейсбук завален проплаченными постами), публикации в авторитетных источниках «окучивают» за счет предложения бесплатных услуг.

    В общем, надеюсь, что никто из стартаперов или бизнесменов не попался на стенд Капиталогии. А то могут и капитально прогореть. Для журналистов же, пожалуй, эта фирма станет еще одним объектом для расследований.

    Недавно по телеканалу Россия прошел сюжет о FOREX-мошенниках из «Биржевого университета». Месяцем ранее эту тему поднимал «Коммерсантъ», статью которого мы вам предлагаем. Все FOREX лохотроны похоже друг на друга как близнецы, и схема работы «Биржевого университета» многим покажется знакомой. Если у вас есть деньги — значит, вы представляете интерес для жуликов. И это не старые добрые жулики времен МММ: их схемы работают, как швейцарский механизм, а найти на них управу почти невозможно.


    «Большинство, я уверена, сочтут эту программу очередной разновидностью онлайн-мошенничества. В случае с программой Михаила мои источники подтверждают: его приложение — путь к настоящей финансовой свободе и независимости. Надеюсь, теперь многие смогут повторить его успех». Отзыв от имени главного редактора еженедельника «Коммерсантъ» Екатерины Любавиной, размещенный на сайте, призывающем разбогатеть легко и быстро, должен вызывать у посетителей доверие к уникальному финансовому предложению.

    Расчет в целом верный. Разумеется, читатели «Коммерсанта» сразу поймут, что перед ними — самые настоящие и довольно наглые жулики. Хотя бы потому, что еженедельника «Коммерсантъ» в природе не существует. Но сайт сделан вовсе не для них: два с лишним миллиона посетителей из России, стран СНГ и Балтии, скорее всего, о существующих изданиях «Коммерсанта» только слышали, но их самих не читали. Поскольку продолжают верить в способы, позволяющие в один миг стать миллионером. А для читателей «Коммерсанта» существуют жулики поумнее.

    Лаборатория обманных технологий

    Офис «Лаборатории инвестиционных технологий» в двух шагах от Кремля — в Гостином дворе. В зале для семинаров терминал с бегущими биржевыми котировками, на стенах портреты Джорджа Сороса и Питера Линча, на стеллаже пособия по биржевой торговле и Forex. На отдельных стендах куча рукописных рекомендаций от благодарных клиентов.

    Как устроен бизнес «Лаборатории», на условиях анонимности рассказал бывший сотрудник уже закрывшейся компании «Биржевой университет», созданной при участии полных тезок консультантов «Лаборатории».

    Покупается профессиональное программное обеспечение для дилинга, снимается офис в центре города. Нанимаются молодые люди с подвешенным языком, имеющие представление о трейдинге на валютном рынке. Они назначаются преподавателями-консультантами.

    «Был жесткий дресс-код,— рассказывает наш собеседник, который был одним из таких консультантов.— Дорогой костюм, галстук, швейцарские часы должны были показать лоху, что мы сами успешные трейдеры и зарабатываем бешеные деньги. Понятно, ни на какие бренды денег не было — покупали китайские реплики часов и одежду такого же уровня».

    Для «влошенцев» (от «лох» и «вкладчик») дается массированная реклама в деловых СМИ: публикуются интервью с «экспертами», организуются выступления в дискуссиях на радио и ТВ. Например, руководитель «Биржевого университета» Викентий Винокуров давал интервью на радио «Эхо Москвы», «Вести FM», «Сити FM», «Русской службе новостей», на телеканале ТВЦ.

    В оплаченное по рекламным тарифам время «эксперты» делают прогнозы, комментируют поведение Федеральной резервной системы США, цен на нефть и курсов валют, проводят оценку разных финансовых инструментов и фондов. Все это с целью создать образ респектабельного финансиста. И сообщают телефон для записи на свои семинары. Пришедшим же на такой бесплатный ознакомительный семинар предлагается платный курс обучения игре на Forex.

    Потом обучившийся переводит деньги на брокерский счет рекомендованного дилера Forex и начинает торговать на «мировом валютном рынке». Однако ни на какой валютный рынок его ставки не выводятся — торговля лишь имитируется внутри компьютерной программы на сервере дилера. Правда, по настоящим, транслируемым в реальном времени валютным котировкам.

    Формат этот называется «кухня»: по нему работают многие компании, предлагающие в России «выход» на Forex.

    Получается что-то вроде букмекерской конторы: ставка-пари на реальное событие валютного рынка.

    Соответственно, здесь дилер при выигрыше клиента отдает свои деньги, а при проигрыше забирает всю проигранную клиентом сумму.

    По словам пожелавшего остаться неизвестным сотрудника крупного международного дилера Forex, из заведенных игроком денег «кухня» 30% тут же зачисляет в свою прибыль — по статистике, редкий клиент закрывает счет с меньшими потерями. А обычно — со значительно большими.

    Однако далеко не все хотят играть. Для такого клиента в ассортименте лоховского супермаркета предусмотрен счет «долевого инвестирования» — подразумевается, что эти деньги становятся частью фонда, которым управляют профессиональные игроки Forex в Европе.

    Как говорит бывший сотрудник «Биржевого университета», зарплата преподавателя-консультанта складывалась из оклада 30 тыс. руб. и бонуса — 0,75% от суммы, заведенной клиентом хоть на брокерский, хоть на инвестиционный счет; возвращать эти средства не планировалось. Соответственно, в задачу консультанта входит не только раскрутить клиента на первый взнос, но и на «ретак» — пополнение счета. И многие пополняли. Особенно те, кто выбрал долевое инвестирование,— фонд же показывал высокую доходность.

    «Но именно „показывал“,— рассказывает наш источник.— Очевидно, что никто этими деньгами не управлял, а „доходность“ просто рисовали в личном кабинете». По его словам, план привлечения денег вкладчиков для одного консультанта-преподавателя в «Биржевом университете» составлял $30 тыс. в месяц, а вся группа консультантов приносила в месяц не меньше $200 тыс.

    В случае с «Биржевым университетом» редакции «Денег» известно о 70 пострадавших. Но это только те люди, которые объединились в попытке найти выход из сложившейся ситуации. Всего их, видимо, значительно больше. По очень приблизительной оценке (100 пострадавших, каждый потерял $30 тыс., минус расходы компании на офис, персонал и агрессивную рекламу), за два года бенефициар схемы мог заработать около $5 млн.

    Подопытный инвестор

    «Хедж-фонд не отдает мои деньги!» — обратился в редакцию наш коллега Михаил О. Никаким инвестором он отродясь не был. Но поскольку банковский процент не покрывает инфляцию, а недвижимость дорога, Михаил начал искать способ сохранения средств.

    Сначала хотел именно сохранить, но из всех утюгов убеждали, что это глупо. Реклама твердила: деньги должны зарабатывать!

    Окончательно Михаил сломался осенью 2015 года, когда услышал об одном таком инвестиционном инструменте по радио «Эхо Москвы».

    «Эксперты-экономисты» (кавычки тут принципиальны, редакторов «Денег» изрядно развлекли их высказывания) «Лаборатории инвестиционных технологий» рассказывали в программе «Инвестиционный клуб» о фондах, зарабатывающих на рынке валют. Передача, понятно, оказалась рекламной. И номер телефона для записи на бесплатный семинар был назван.

    На семинаре тогда еще ведущий консультант, а сейчас исполнительный директор «Лаборатории инвестиционных технологий» Николай Мельничук говорил о принципах торговли на валютном рынке и о возможности открыть брокерский счет у «проверенного европейского дилера Forex» под названием IfamDirect

    Аферисты из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК продолжают воровать деньги клиентов

    Сюжеты о преступной деятельности ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК на федеральных телеканалах и десятки возбужденных уголовных дел привели к масштабному оттоку клиентов из этой мошеннической компании. Попытки пиарщиков ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК обелить репутацию уже не привлекают новых жертв и аферисты из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК опустились до банального воровства денег клиентов. Выводы, что такое ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК и как аферисты воруют деньги клиентов, можно сделать просто прочитав несколько претензий клиентов ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК на форуме ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК.


    Стоит отметить, что ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК это карманная структура, созданная и долгое время находившаяся на содержании мошенников из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК, которая годами покрывала темные делишки своих хозяев. Не так давно обедневший ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК отказался от содержания этого псевдорегулятора, и, будучи отлученными от кормушки, ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК стала позволять себе некоторые вольности.

    На форуме ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК появились весьма красноречивые претензии клиентов ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК, выводы из которых очевидны: доверять деньги аферистам из этой мошеннической конторы нельзя. Впрочем, судите сами.

    Претензия к компании ФОРЕКСШУМРЕКот 09.06.2017:
    Я торгую с 29.04.2016 года в брокерской компании ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК. Проживаю в г.Астана в Республике Казахстан. Консалтинговый центр ТОО «ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК» (адрес г Астана, ул. Кравцова 67,10 этаж офис 157) является официальным и эксклюзивным партнером ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК. В данном офисе я проходила базовые курсы, посещала мастер классы и т.п. Открытие брокерского счета и пополнение проходило с консультации специалистов ТОО «ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК». В период торговли мною неоднократно создавались заявки на вывод средств на личные банковские реквизиты успешно.

    С 17.03.2017 года создала 2 заявки на вывод. Согласно регламента брокерского обслуживания заявка на вывод обрабатывается в течении 7 рабочих дней, однако через 10 дней я получила отказ.
    Обратилась в техподдержку за помощью, ответ был размытым, не обоснованным, ориентированным на новичка в торговле .

    Следующие заявки на вывод создала 17.04.2017г. Тоже отказали.
    Исходя из вышеописанного имею претензии к ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК следующего характера:

    1. Не обоснованные отказы в выводе денежных средств на личные реквизиты владельца счета, с подтверждением личности в офисе официального представительства ТОО «ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК». Все сделки осуществлялись по рыночным ценам со снятием спреда и свопов в пользу Брокера.

    2. Не санкционированная проверка торговых операций до 90 дней. Считаю, что владелец брокерского счета в праве самостоятельно распоряжаться своими средствами, в том числе беспрепятственному «вводу и выводу» денежных средств.

    Прошу Вас помочь и посодействовать мне в данной проблеме по ВЫВОДУ собственных средств из брокерской компании ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК. А так же прошу Вас по возможности информировать меня о проводимых мероприятиях ( проверках) с целью урегулирования отношений между мной как владельца счета и участника финансовых рынков и брокерской компании ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК.

    Аферисты из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК нагло украли деньги у VIP-клиентки и за полгода так и не дали внятного объяснения своим действиям. Об этой истории мы уже писали ранее, но до сих пор жулье из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК так и не вернули украденные деньги.

    Претензия к компании ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК от 2.06.2017:

    По договору с компанией ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК (ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК) из офиса в городе е у меня открыт торговый счет № 757623.
    По описываемой проблеме обращалась 14.02.2017 года к генеральному директору ООО «ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК ГРУПП, но ответа не последовало.
    Спорная ситуация касается сделок по валютной паре USDCAD ордера №24344256, №24328442, №24321647, которые были закрыты вручную мной самостоятельно 12.09.2016 в 23.04.00 ? 23.04.19 с прибылью. А далее начались непонятные «игры» компании.
    13.09.2016 в 16.42.37 сделка № 2435256 была подтверждена компанией и откорректирована сумма прибыли, а сделки № 24328442, № 2435647 способом вмешательства в мой баланс, счет и личный кабинет, были аннулированы из истории счета и переведены в торговый терминал как незакрытые, которые появились в торговом терминале только 14.09.2016 с убытком.
    14.09.2016 из истории счета была аннулирована подтвержденная ранее компанией сделка № 24344256 с прибылью, а вместо нее в 14.57.35 сделали эту сделку с непонятным убытком, при этом она не обозначалась в торговом терминале.
    15.09.2016 в 16.24.05 сделка № 24344256 была обнулена способом добавления на баланс суммы, равной убытку (№ 24363531).
    22.09.2016 в 19.35.36 ? 19.36.35 сделки № 24328675, № 24325467 были обнулены с добавлением сумм, равных убытку (№ 24404135, №24404136).
    В настоящее время, после изучения юридических аспектов спорной ситуации, считаю, что все действия компании по указанным сделкам являются незаконной манипуляцией с целью не отдать заработанную мной прибыль.

    Задним числом жулики из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК, начислив на счет клиентки непонятно откуда взявшиеся убытки, обнули всю прибыль. Никакого внятного объяснения от аферистов из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК до сих пор не прозвучало, очевидно, что деньги у клиентки банально украли.

    Претензия к компании ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК от 26.07.2017:

    Мой личный счет-719961. Номер маржинального консолидированного счета-806176
    08.11.16 г. между мной и трейдером, был заключен договор поручения, по которому я перевел на маржинальный торговый счет 806176 сумму в размере 1045,98 долларов США. На сегодняшний день прибыль за все время это время переводилась один раз. Менеджер, договор расторгнуть не дает, мотивируя это тем, что денежные средства не переведутся. Нового договора, который заключен от14-17 апреля этого года, у меня нет. На руки мне его не дали. Прошу договор расторгнуть, денежные средства вернуть. К претензии прилагаю копии договора, скриншоты оплаты.

    Клиент имел неосторожность внести деньги в ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК, которые аферисты банально присвоили.

    Претензия к компании ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК от 14.07.2017:

    13.04.2017 года в офисе «ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК» г. Абакан, ул. Ленина, д. 112, корп. 4, оф. 120 консультант компании рекомендовал открыть счет в Норд банке чтобы перевести с него деньги на счет в ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК где мне был открыт счет № 844674 куда я и перевела 3500 долларов. При этом у меня взяли паспорт и сняли с него копию. Консультант заверил меня что никаких проблем с возвратом денег не будет, а на счет ежемесячно будут начисляться 2%, для этого я даже написала заявление. Никаких операций я не проводила. По прошествии 3-х месяцев никаких процентов так и не начислили, а при выводе средств каждый раз приходит отказ и просьба прислать очередной документ, тем самым умышленно затягивая возврат денежных средств. В регламенте Компании «ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК» прописан предельный срок на вывод денежных средств от 1 до 7 дней. С 26.06.2017 года и до сегодняшнего дня на мою карту Норд Банка с которой были введены деньги на счет ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК № 844674 денежные средства так и не поступили, хотя копии документов (карты и справки из Норд Банк) запрашиваемые якобы для безопасности клиентов были отправлены, о чем имеются письменные уведомления. 13.07.2017 в офисе компании мне сказали что в мае с Норд банком прекращено сотрудничество и поэтому невозможно вывести деньги со счета на мою карту, хотя в Регламенте прописано что вывод денежных средств осуществляется только на карту с которой было совершено поступление. Консультант компании предложил прикрепить к счету карту другого банка что я и сделала, на что пришел ответ что для активации карты необходимо пополнить с нее свой торговый счет на сумму от 1 доллара, но вывод средств возможен только на личную карту владельца торгового счета, с которой осуществлялось пополнение ранее , т. е. на карту Норд банка. Никаких дополнительных внесений денежных средств я делать не стала, думаю что это очередное затягивание чтобы не возвращать мне деньги. Я хочу закрыть счет и вернуть назад денежные средства находящиеся на счете.

    У очередной жертвы аферисты из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК тупо украли деньги и трусливо прячутся, что бы не выполнять свои обязательства. Цена вопроса всего 3500$, но видимо и эта сумма для жулья из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК уже неподъемна.

    Претензия к компании ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК от 31.07.2017:

    В середине июня я подключилась на синхронную торговлю к выбранному мною трейдеру, 5.07.2017г, после того ,как мне позвонил мой трейдер и сказал, что он уволен меня без моего согласия подключили к другому трейдеру и слили большую часть моего депозита, ордера открылись в одну минуту 50 шт в большом объеме в минус и закрыты были не мной те сделки в минусе, которые были открыты ранее большие суммы. Скрины есть. Когда я успела отключиться от синхронной торговли я сохранила 2013$ , после чего подала заявку на вывод средств, но компания сначала попросила прислать скрин паспорта, я- отправила, затем лично пройти идентификацию личности в офисе партнера " ". Там мне менеджер сказал ,что за своими деньгами езжайте на Кипр, в компании технические работы и я должна перевести деньги на форекс тогда смогу вывести свои средства.

    Аферисты из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК, нагло слив счет клиентки, препятствуют выводу даже денежного остатка, комментарии излишни.

    Из всех этих историй напрашивается простой вывод: дела у аферистов из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК настолько плохи, что они даже не пытаются придать своим делишкам видимость законности. Если ранее жульё из ФОРЕКСШУМРЕК выстраивало сложные схемы с аферами в доверительном управлении с перекладыванием ответственности на своих управляющих, то теперь же мошенники банально воруют деньги трейдеров и трусливо прячутся от своих же клиентов в надежде, что мошенничество сойдет им с рук. Видимо, дела у господина Чернобая и его подельников совсем плохи. Принципиальной разницы между этими «услугами» нет: во всех случаях клиент должен доверить свои деньги сомнительным финансовым консультантам. Вопрос стоит ли доверять компании, которая размещает на своем официальном сайте заведомо ложную информацию о своей деятельности, риторический. Чем закончится подобного рода «инвестирование» также совершенно понятно: деньги инвестора будут украдены, нанесенный ущерб господа из WEST CAPITAL GROUP будут обосновывать неудачной рыночной конъюктурой. Договора с WEST CAPITAL GROUP будут составлены таким образом, что никакой ответственности за результаты своей деятельности эти горе-консультанты не несут. Данная схема инвестиционного развода активно используется в ТелеТрейд, и, судя по всему, WEST CAPITAL GROUP имеет к этому форекс-лохотрону самое прямое отношение.

    Клиенты, уже успевшие попасть на удочку мошенников из Вест Капитал Групп, оставляют весьма красноречивые отзывы, сомневаться в достоверности которых нет никаких оснований:

    Начну с того, что компании близко не 7 лет , сайт состряпали буквально за пару месяцев на, что называется, быструю руку.
    Данная компания это и есть аффилиат всеми известного — абсолютного мошенника, который пытается заманить клиента всеми доступными способами. Главное, чтобы клиент ввел свои средства, которые в последствии присваиваются, а клиенту объясняется причина, что произошла «рыночная ситуация» и так, якобы, бывает. Также убежден, что данная организация даже НЕ выводит сделки на биржу, а является обычной ПИРАМИДОЙ, компашка по обдираловке.
    Работа West capital group заключается в наглом обзвоне клиентов по базам Сбербанка (откуда они у них совсем не понятно), где указаны Ф.И., номера и суммы держателей и
    пытаются заманить клиентов вложиться хотя-бы во что-нибудь. Словно шакалы, рыщащие в ночи, и если найдется 1 из 100, который поведется, то они с этого и живут, ведь никакой прибыли, не говоря уже о депозите, клиент в итоге не увидит, а получит в конце объяснение про РИСКИ и что это рынки и так бывает)...
    Также сообщают, что работают в соответствии с законодательством, но на деле это консалтинг, а для этого никаких разрешений, документов не нужно (специально создана такая тема )
    Суть работы: созваниваются, расспрашивают (потому как им необходимо иметь информации сколько можно вырвать с гусЯ), заманивают на встречу в бизнес центр «Москва Сити» этаж и разводят, какие шикарные условия они предоставляют, а затем читаем пункт выше)
    Не удивлюсь, если через несколько месяцев название будет изменено и представляться они будут уже как MarketCapital какой-нибудь.

    В общем будьте бдительны, таких мошенников необходимо остерегаться. Помните, не было бы доверчивых
    дураков, не было бы подобных гиен!

    Авторитетный интернет-ресурс ForexMagnates сообщил о претензиях российских правоохранителей к компании STForex. Соучредитель компании Александр Смирнов две недели назад был задержан в аэропорту при попытке покинуть страну и определен в СИЗО. Более того, второй соучредитель и управляющий директор форекс брокера STForex, Евгений Филиппов, на текущий момент объявлен в розыск. Персональные страницы Евгения Филиппова в социальных сетях недавно были удалены.

    Стоит отметить, что набирался опыта мошенничества господин Филиппов в одиозном форекс-лохотрон STForex, где фактически являлся лицом компании на телеканале РБК. Заматерев, господин Филиппов, видимо, решил не делиться с хозяевами и зарегистрировал в Сент-Винсенте и Гренадинах собственный офшорный форекс-лохотрон. Методы работы STForex практически повторяли отработанный в STForex развод клиентов. Если вам известно о местонахождении Евгения Филиппова, 1985 года рождения, просьба сообщить в ближайшее отделение полиции.

    Напомним, что еще в 2016 году в компаниях STForex и STForex были проведены обыски, основаниями для которых стало уголовное дело возбужденное по факту мошенничества.



    На федеральном телеканале Россия в феврале прошлого года прошел видеосюжет о мошенничестве в компании STForex.

    В компании STForex по принципу казино клиенту сначала дают выиграть, и эту виртуальную прибыль тут же пускают в оборот, а затем объяснения как под копирку, мол «рынок просел, фонды рухнули, деньги растаяли, счета обнулились. Пострадавших тысячи. Во только против компаний, средства которых находятся в офшорах, российские суды практически бессильны.

    STForex?? Десять телетрейдов из десяти!! С задержанием генерального директора STForex Александра Смирнова у пострадавших клиентов появилась надежда, что в этот раз мошенники будут привлечены к ответственности. Действующим клиентам этого форекс лохотрона рекомендуем как можно скорей выводить оттуда деньги. Держать личные денежные средства в компании, генеральный директор которой находится за решеткой, по меньшей мере, неразумно.

Если же Вам не повезло и Вы уже являетесь клиентом, могу только посочувствовать, т.к. свои деньги вернуть Вы уже не сможете. Убедиться в этом вы сможете если попробуете вывести свои средства со счета. Но не обольщайтесь если вам удастся вывести небольшую сумму 100-500$ это часть мошенничества, чтобы получить ваше доверие и убедить увеличить ваш депозит.
    Далее будет приведен ряд документов, доказывающих что FOREXSHABER (форексшабер) - мошенники.

    На данном скриншоте мы видим поданные 12.03.18 г. заявки на вывод средств брокеру FOREXSHABER (форексшабер)на сумму 35000$ и 6600$. Дата 17.06 21.21 время г. Хабаровск (+7 к Москве).
    На счету 41510 $. Буквально через пару часов я обнаружил что счет был полностью обнулен что видно на следующем скрине. Время 1.40

    Когда я обратился в техподдержку - мошенники FOREXSHABER (форексшабер) сообщили что депозит был потерян в результате моих инвестиционных решений. На претензию что мной не совершались сделки ответ последовал аналогичный.
    Мне было предложено просмотреть историю счета в кабинете клиента. Проверив историю я онаружил что инвестиционным решением было слить 41500$ в спред (разница между ценой покупки и продажи). Все сделки были запиханы во временной интервал 3 мин, сама продолжительность сделок по несколько секунд. Т.е. по сути деньги были украдены брокером FOREXSHABER.com (форексшабер).
